Pocketop Return Policy
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your package, we ask that you review the contents of your product and packaging.
We would be pleased to provide you with a refund or credit of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges, customs and duties) if product is returned to us within 15 days
after receipt of the product with a valid RMA#, provided that the terms of our return policy set out below are complied with. You shall be responsible for any and all
associated shipping ($10 to $20 approx.) and handling charges ($15), customs and duties. If product delivery is refused then
customer is responsible for shipping and handling and will be refunded the remaining portion of the purchase price.
All products (whether in connection with a refund or warranty claim) must be returned by you in original purchase condition, with the original packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and any other item or accessory provided in the original product packaging.
POCKETOP RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO FULFIL ITS REFUND/CREDIT OR WARRANTY CLAIM OBLIGATIONS FOR RETURNED ORDERS WITH MISSING ITEMS OR PACKAGING OR USER PHYSICALLY DAMAGED ITEMS. POCKETOP MAY AT ITS DISCRESSION PROVIDE A REFUND AS A CREDIT FOR NEXT PURCHASE THAT WILL MUST BE COMPLETED MADE 90 DAYS.
Customer agrees to contact Pocketop at support@pocketop.net and obtain a RMA Repair/Return number that will accompany and be clearly marked on the returned package.
Refunds on purchase made with a credit card will only be credited to the same credit card that was originally used to make the purchase. The credit will be made within 5 -7 business days of receipt, subject to Pocketop's inspection and verification of the merchandise.
Store returns must be made at the store that you purchased you item from.
What is our Wauranty ?
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping. Pocketop will repair or replace any defective keyboard purchased from our website for a period of one year. Proof of purchase required.

Because of the large number of copycat Pocketop keyboards on the market, Pocketop reserves the right to provide free customer service to authorized dealers and our website customers only. Customers that wish to purchase support, will be supported as a customer of Pocketop.
