What is the Return Policy ?

How long will the battery last?
Assuming that you type approximately 1 full-page letter per day, respond to 10 emails, enter 1 new contact and change 1 meeting each business day, the battery will last approximately 3 months.

Does the keyboard use any of the power of the PDA?
No. All power required to operate the keyboard comes from the keyboard itself.

Since enabling the software has reset my sleep mode, what happens when I stop using the PDA for a period of time?
The PDA can still sleep, but the period of time has been reset to 10 minutes. Once you close the software on your Palm, your original sleep settings will be reset.

What is the range of the infrared?
The range can be as far as 10 feet; however, you could not see the screen from 10 feet. It is as far as you will need to operate using the PDA screen.

Does the horizontal viewing of the screen change what I see on the screen?
Because the Palm screen is perfectly square, nothing changes on the screen when you view the screen sideways.

Why are some of the keys ridged?
Try typing and you will see that this is one of the ways that we have been able to place a traditional keyboard in your pocket. You will note that instead of giving you a full-size key, we have cut the key in half and raised it towards the back so that it acts as a "backboard" for your finger.

Why is the space bar shaped differently?
The reason it is wavy is so that the little grooves you see on the spacebars can be higher than in a normal key and fold into each other. This way, your thumb won't hit the edge of the case. Groovy, isn't it?
